Ballard Lake

Ballard Lake is connected to White Birch and Irving Lakes.  The channel between White Birch and Ballard is navigable with a boat but going over to Irving is limited to kayak or canoe.  All 3 lakes have very limited development on them and the vast majority of the shoreline is state owned and part of the Northern Highland - American Legion State Forest.  There are literally thousands and thousands of acres of State Forest lands right outside your door.

Ballard Lake is 503 acres and 25 feet deep while White Birch Lake is 117 acres and 27 feet deep.  Irving, to the east, is 419 acres in size, but only 8 feet deep. It's a great area to be with all the State Forest Lands for peace and serenity.
